• How can I access the physiotherapy room at the home office?

The office is located in a private residence, but it has an independent entrance located on the side of the residence. All you have to do is follow the directions when you arrive.

• Is the home office accessible to people with reduced mobility or strollers?

No, there is a staircase to go down to get to the room.   Bring your baby carrier!

• Is parking available at the home office?

Yes! You can park on the street or in the parking lot of the residence if it is free.​

• Can I come to your office at any time for urgent questions or treatment?

No, I ask you to send me your questions by phone or email and I will contact you as soon as possible.​

• Do I need a medical prescription?

No, it is not necessary to have a medical prescription to consult a physiotherapist.

• What are the rates for your services?

       We ask $130 for the first session/initial evaluation, then the rates are $115 for a follow-up session.

• How can I pay for my physiotherapy sessions?

Payments by debit card are encouraged, credit card or Interac transfer are also accepted.​

• ​ Are the treatments covered by my personal insurance?

You will receive a receipt that you can send to your insurance company afterwards.
